Equity Capital commenced direct investing in 2017. The team invests in established companies with strong management teams, track record of revenue and profit generation and who are looking to fund the strategic growth opportunities for the business.

What we look for

• Established Irish businesses seeking to raise capital to achieve specific growth objectives (acquisition, entry into a new geographic market, access public equity markets)
• Strong ambitious management teams
• A clear pathway to exit
• Sector agnostic, however, a particular focus is placed on SMEs and Corporates within key sectors of the Irish economy, including renewable energy, social infrastructure and healthcare
• Typical investment size of c.€5millon – €40 million for non-controlling stakes
